Amazing and Unusual

Purchased this as a birthday gift for my sister who is a chocaholic! Was nice to be able to find something different. Came well packaged and it is still being enjoyed today almost a month after purchase.

Our pizza pyramids make an impressive gift and being able to select three different flavours, one of each layer, means that the recipient can indulge in a range of great flavours.

I bought a Pizza Pyramid as a thank you for the staff at my Daughters care home for looking after and caring for her after she had a massive stroke. They have all said how tasty it was and what a lovely surprise. In fact, not all the staff managed to get a piece so I had to order more! Needless to say I think it went down very well. Gourmet Pizza is my turn to place when I’m looking for something different, and it works every time. Delivery is quick and we’re kept up to date by email every step of the way.

Customer service excellence

As I was ordering from Australia I felt that the process might be quite tricky but on dealing with the amazing staff who sorted everything for me so quickly and efficiently I was over the moon. My daughter received the pizza pyramid and was amazed at how quirky the gift was and was not disappointed when she tasted it. She is still raving over it. This will now be our go to gift for all our overseas friends and family.

Great idea when loved ones are far away

Good quality chocolate. Delivered on time and with a smile. You need to order a while before your desired delivery date in order for it to be there on that day

Lack of communication

Although the recipient said that they appreciated and enjoyed the chocolate gift, it did arrive five days late. I was appreciative that there were local strikes and logistic difficulties, however once the Chocolate left Gourmet Pizza Company that attitude was very much that we have done our job and that your delivery is now in the hands of the delivery supplier. As these types of delivery are normally time sensitive, I find it difficult yo believe that they feel this is a good standard of customer service. Needless to say I shall not be ordering again nor shall I be recommending them for this type of service.

Thank you for your feedback. We tried our best to keep you updated with the limited information we were receiving from Dpd about their suspended services. I also understand that Dpd made direct daily contact advising of the delays too. I am sorry that your parcel was one of the parcels affect by this service suspension.

Fantastic Anniversary Gift

We ordered the Pizza Pyramid for my parent's wedding anniversary. It was delivered directly to them because we could not visit during the pandemic. They absolutely loved it! They really enjoyed the different toppings, and raved about the quality of the chocolate. Thank you very much for the excellent service. I will be ordering our Easter gifts shortly.
