Hands up who loves Biscoff? Yep, me too and this is such a good recipe from our archives, that I thought I'd revisit it again for 2021.
Picture the scene, sitting out in the sunshine, listening to your favourite tunes and indulging in an ice cold Biscoff Brownie Milkshake.
So what magical ingredients do you need to recreate this tasty tipple?
Biscoff Brownie Milkshake
This is a really quick and easy recipe, borrowed from the lovely Emma at Kitchen Mason blog.
Here is what you will need to serve 4. (makes approx 800ml)
Method
In a food processor or a blender, whizz up together the milk, ice cream & biscoff spread until smooth,
Add the brownies and vanilla extract and salt and then whizz again until very smooth.
Pour into glasses, sprinkle the crumbled biscoff biscuit and brownie and enjoy immediately whilst nice and cold.
Baileys Irish liqueur
Method
You are going to need some little truffle paper cases for this and a baking tray that will fit in the fridge.
Melt the chocolate very slowly in a microwave suitable bowl.
Make sure you do it until there are just a few lumps left and then just stir and let them melt out, don't be tempted to heat it a bit more as you may burn the chocolate.
Pour into the little cases, and then turn the cases upside down over the bowl to let the chocolate drip away. This is a bit fiddly but place upside down on the baking tray and just nudge them back into shape. Pop in the fridge to set.
Take them out after aproximately 10 minutes and peel off the paper cases. Turn the right way up and fill with Baileys or another liqueur, pop in your mouth and enjoy.
